"We focus on exploring the cocoa bean and expressing the uniqueness and flavours of each batch of beans in our products."
Family-run
The story of how our family, with no experience in chocolate making, started a chocolate company is truly one of opportunity and co-operation.

We started on this exciting journey in 1998 when the opportunity arose to purchase an old cocoa plantation in St Mark, Grenada.

Since then, through laughter and tears we have evolved into the business we are today. We believe that the cocoa bean is truly amazing as it gives us treats from chocolate bars, to cocoa tea, chocolate for baking. This has prompted our dedication to exploring the cocoa bean.
Made in Small Batches to Emphasise Big Flavours
House of Arendel is based in South Trinidad but we use fine flavour cocoa beans from around of Caribbean. Similarly to coffee, each batch of cocoa beans will have its own distinct flavours and notes. Producing chocolates in large batches often leads to these flavour nuances being lost as batches of cocoa beans are mixed together. At House of Arendel, we are committed to small batch production because it helps us maintain quality while adapting factors such as time and temperatures to suit each batch of cocoa beans.
